Hi, I’m Bailie.
I’m married to Drew, and we have one incredible son, Reece, who has unique needs and even more unique gifts.
For the past 10 years, we’ve also been foster parents—learning, growing, and being deeply shaped by the stories of the children who have come through our home. Along the way, we became TBRI-trained, but more than anything, we’ve built our lives around a simple belief:
every person is created in the image of God—with inherent worth, purpose, and ability.
We love college football, good coffee, and the everyday moments that make life feel full.
This vision started with something small.
Reece came home from school one day and told us his favorite part of the day was delivering the coffee cart.
And we thought—what if there were more opportunities like that?
Not just for him.
But for others like him.
So we began dreaming about something bigger.
A space where people are known, included, and given the opportunity to grow—through connection, life skills, and meaningful work.
Steady Grounds exists to create that space.
A place where ability is seen, dignity is protected, and futures are nurtured—just as God intended.
