What We Do

At Steady Grounds, we create opportunities for individuals of all abilities to grow, connect, and be part of something meaningful.

We host coffee stand pop-ups where individuals—like our son Reece—can step into real, hands-on roles. These moments are about more than coffee. They’re about building confidence, practicing social skills, and experiencing the joy of contributing to a community.

Each pop-up is a space where:

And every person is seen for their ability
